It’s getting to be that time of year again. You know, the time of year when you’re applying for this and that in hopes of having a full dance card in 2011? Well, winning prizes and prestige are great. But lining up funding? Now that’s the real magic.
And that’s why there’s OEN Angel Oregon, an event designed to get interesting startups in front of early stage investors. And if you hurry and apply, you’ll get a few early bird perks to boot
OEN’s Angel Oregon 2011 is one of the nation’s premiere angel investing competitions, spotlighting promising Oregon and Southwest Washington companies with high growth potential. It is the perfect opportunity for entrepreneurs to present to accredited angel investors. This must-attend event gives presenting companies excellent visibility and a chance to obtain substantial investment capital by bringing together Oregon and Southwest Washington’s brightest entrepreneurial talent with accredited angel investors.
What are the benefits of applying early? Well, it’s kind of like getting to turn in a rough draft to your teacher, getting him or her to mark it up for you, and then getting to turn in a final version.
Early-bird applicants to OEN’s Angel Oregon 2011 (entered by Wednesday, December 15, 2010) are eligible for a complimentary OEN Private Business Plan (Launch-stage) or Business Concept Review (Concept-stage), and are provided an opportunity to re-submit their company application materials after that review.
