There are a number of amazing companies in Portland that keep an incredibly low profile. Perhaps none more so than Panic, which has been quietly developing amazing Apple OS X and iOS apps with a incredibly talented crew of folks for years. But every once in a while, they get some of that richly deserved recognition.
Such was the case this week, when Panic received an Apple Design Award for their work on Coda 2.

Congrats to Panic for Coda 2’s Apple Design Award. Portland’s own Selfpubd, the game publishing platform for independent mobile game developers, had not one but two of it’s member game companies win ADA’s as well! Vlambeer won for their game “Ridiculous Fishing – A Tale of Redemption” as did Frogmind for their game “BADLAND”.
