You know Portland. It’s all camp camp campity camp. Camp this. Camp that. It’s just how we roll. The more camps, the merrier. That’s what I always say. So it’s nice to see ProductCamp Portland drawing a group of product focused types together. And throwing a little AngularJS is the mix to boot..
What’s ProductCamp, you ask?
ProductCamp is a user-driven “unconference” that brings together passionate product managers and marketers who are interested in collaborating to share insights, learning best practices, and networking with other top professionals in the Portland product community.
And as if that wasn’t cool enough, they’re also going to have a AngularJS smackdown.
What do you get when you combine rock star developers and product managers, the Agile development methodology, and one of the hottest new JavaScript frameworks? You get some seriously cool product possibilities. And when you combine them all in a single-day competition, you create magic.
This year, ProductCamp Portland and the Portland AngularJS Meetup community are partnering to deliver a one-day hands-on competitive workshop. We call it the PCamp AngularJS Smackdown. You’ll call it exciting, inspiring and educational.
I know, right? So get on that.
ProductCamp Portland will be happening this weekend, April 12. It’s being hosted at Southridge High School in Beaverton. Tickets to the camp are $10. Tickets to the AngularJS event are $50.
