Considering WordCamp Portland? Matt Mullenweg, the creator of WordPress, would love to see you there

Considering WordCamp Portland? Matt Mullenweg, the creator of WordPress, would love to see you there

I’ll have to admit, it kind of snuck up on us. But WordCamp Portland is this weekend. And today, something else snuck up on us: the fact that Matt Mullenweg, the creator of the popular blogging and site management platform, will be swinging by Portland to chat with attendees.

Matt Mullenweg is coming to WordCamp!

On Saturday, right after lunch, we’ll have a 1-hour Town Hall Q&A with Matt. Come with questions, come to listen, come to have a great time.

If you’ve already registered, I suggest you get those questions ready. What’s that? You haven’t purchased a ticket yet? Well, turn that frown upside down, you’ve still got a chance to get into the event. Just swing by and register. It will only run you 20 clams.

For more information or to grab a ticket, visit WordCamp Portland or follow @wcpdx or #wcpdx on Twitter.

[Full disclosure: Silicon Florist is a sponsor of WordCamp Portland. As luck would have it, Silicon Florist also runs on WordPress.]
