Sometimes, it dawns on me—and amazes me—how much technology improves access to creative content we might have missed. Access to musicians is just one obvious example.
Take a soon-to-be-ending Kickstarter project called “The Portland Sessions,” which captures amazing artists playing in Portland.
We started the Portland Sessions in September of 2011 with the desire to capture and document intimate musical performances and provide high quality digital content at no cost to the viewer. With artists, videographers and audio engineers donating their time and resources we have been fortunate enough to produce 15 sessions and counting…
Sound interesting? Well, there’s still time to make it a reality.
