Meet the Startup: Talking about startups and legal services with AterWynne

Building a startup means building a business. And that means making sure you’ve dotted all of your “i”s and crossed all of your “t”s as far as legal goes.

But where to start? Well, a good legal adviser can be key. And to give you some pointers, the folks at AterWynne sat down with Meet the Startup to discuss engaging with a legal team.

  1. Great video.

I wanted to comment about the need for “sophisticated angel investors” in Portland. I hate the term. Portland angels want so badly to be sophisticated, that they over-analyze and drag their feet on early stage deals.

Early stage deals don’t need sophisticated, they need visionary risk takers. Stop trying to be the smartest guy at the table and start making investments.
