Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative , you’ll sell Jama’s software and services within a designated group of verticals. You will engage Jama’s customers, prepare and present demonstrations of Jama’s solutions, and manage the sale cycles from qualification to close. You should also be comfortable working closely with our product, support, sales and finance teams. You need to be able to tell a good opportunity from a bad one, and like to interact with clients on a daily basis.

Technical Account Manager
As our Technical Account Manager, you’ll have three overlapping responsibilities: account management, project management, and services delivery. You’ll help our customers maximize success through accelerated adoption and productive use of our Web-based requirements management software, Jama Contour. You will also guide pre-sales pilot programs.

Online Marketing — Paid Internship
As our Online Marketing Intern, you’ll immediately make an impact. From campaign creation to results tracking, social media activities to basic site design, you’ll assist the marketing team in all things online. You’ll also manage relationships with media partners and support the sales team with special programs for key accounts.

Quality Assurance — Paid Internship
As our Quality Assurance Intern, you’ll perform a variety of QA tasks related to Contour, our Web-based requirements management software. You’ll also contribute to the team by creating test documentation, scripts, and discussing our quality practices. You’ll also need to love start-ups and be comfortable with limited resources, crazy hours and doing whatever it takes to get things done. This comes with responsibility, which we all thrive on. Sales — Paid Internship
As our Sales intern, you’ll work with the sales team to engage Jama’s customers, prepare and present sales quotes, follow up, and address questions that arise throughout the sales process. You should be comfortable working closely with our product, support, sales and finance teams. You need to be able to tell a good opportunity from a bad one and interact with clients on a daily basis. You’ll also need excellent customer service skills.

Software Developer — Paid Internship
As our Software Development Intern, you’ll contribute to code development and design of our Web-based software. You’ll build unit tests, Javascript test scripts, and continuous scripts, and assist the team in supporting the application in QA and production environments. You’ll also work with our support team to troubleshoot and fix issues. So if you like to challenge yourself and help people build great products, then this is the job for you.

Writing — Paid Internship
As our Writing Intern, you’ll immediately make an impact. You’ll assist in producing customer stories, whitepapers, and thought leadership content. You will also create content for Jama’s social media, customer communications, and webinars.
