I caught this news yesterday and I was like, “Yup. Typical Panic.” Typical Panic in the fact that the revered and award winning software developer had done something interesting again. Something quirky and slightly weird. Something that no one knew they needed. And the market was responding. Extremely positively.

Portland startup Read the Docs has spent time building an ad platform that provides simple, ethical advertising. But in a world of ad blockers, that can be more difficult that one would think.
Admittedly, a great deal of what we focus on in the mobile space has to deal with commerce or entertainment. Killing two pigs with one bird and whatnot. But fact of the matter is mobile platforms provide a cost effective means of connecting people—and providing access to information which they desperately need—especially in times of crisis.
